WHY USE A BUSINESS SIMULATION

DEEPER LEARNING

Participants put in practice the concepts and tools that they learn during their curriculum.

As a result, they better retain the learnings than through traditional learning methods such as lectures or case studies.

TEAMWORK

During the simulation, participants will debate various issues with their teammates. Each member brings different skills to the team depending on his/her profile: curriculum, work experience, etc.

MISSION-LIKE 

Business simulations replicate real-life situations. Participants will analyze these situations and then formulate and implement strategies to achieve their objectives, as they would do in a real job.

COMPETITION

Participants will face tough competitors. They must analyze their strengths and weaknesses, anticipate what their next moves will be, and decide on a course of actions to outperform them. This helps develop their business acumen.

IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK

Participants receive feedback on their strategic choices and on their implementation successes or mistakes. The feedback comes from the simulation results or from the debriefing sessions.

ENGAGEMENT & FUN

Many factors make simulations a very motivating environment: challenge across teams, desire to win, feedback, time pressure, etc. Participants are really engaged; they work hard but also have fun.
