THE DRYRUN BUSINESS SIMULATIONS

Our business simulations model a set of competing companies operating in two markets, and developing, communicating and delivering products to consumers and professionals. 

 

Each team of participants -executives or master students- manages a simulated company.They engage in multiple activities: strategic analysis, decision making, coaching, feedback, etc. 

 

By combining theory and practice, the Dryrun business simulations offer many benefits to participants: practice; deep learning; leadership skills; teamwork; understanding competition; etc.

DRYRUN MARKETING MANAGEMENT

In this simulation, participants manage all aspects of marketing, from strategy (segmentation, targeting, positioning, and allocation of resource) to operations (product design, pricing, communication, and distribution). 


This simulation also broadens the participants' vision with finance, business strategy, and management principles.

DRYRUN SUSTAINABLE MARKETING

With this simulation, participants will understand the key concepts of sustainable marketing, such as the circular economy, eco-design, responsible communication and sustainable distribution.

 

They will also understand how business models such as Product-as-a-Service can reconcile economic development and reduction of environmental impacts of the company.
